My Editorial

Welcome To My Editorial Area. This Will Be A Place Where I Will Talk About Stuff I've Seen On The Net
About Stuff Like Final Fantasy Or Something About Making Cheese. There Are No Limits. Well, I'm Still Thinking, So Look Here Later..
Storyline, storyline, storyline... Personally the most important thing in any RPG or game that involves somthing other than racing, etc. I personally have only played three games that have a captivating, nice, thrilling, interesting, incredible, sad, depressing, fun, cool, entertaining (blah, blah, blah, I'll save you the strain of reading my other comments,) storyline; Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy Tactics and Xenogears. Frankly, any lack of this, the game sucks (it's the same with a good anime [or non-anime] movie/series, which brings me to tell you, I'll probably add an anime section to this site.) No other games I have played posseses this.
An even more important things is how captivating the plot is and how the game leads you into it. Good examples of this are Metal Gear Solid (which starts a lot more like a James Bond movie than GoldenEye), FFVII, FFT, Xenogears, and GoldenEye (there's really no plot here though...) These games dump you right into bombing Mako Reactor No. 1 or give you a strange begining that makes no sense. Games that lack this, personally, is Zelda: OOT and (hmm... can't think of anymore...). I mean what type of game dumps you in where you're sleeping?? And it takes too long to run around gettin money cuz you gotta get some money to buy some ^#%*&@^(& shield. Ok, the game does have good action/game play (I still like the bad-ass ways of Solid Snake better than 'boy scout' Link, who never talks...), but with out a good intro, it simply ain't worth it.
Now I'm finished b#@$^@^!, so go look at the rest of the sites. Next time FMVs and music, I think...
